This campaign is no longer about a little town in South Devon, its gone national and its thanks to the hard work of many individuals and groups up and down the country.
We would like to recognise this.
If your town is currently working towards becoming plastic bag free there are many reasons to add your town's name to this list.
. It allows your town to keep in touch with neighboring PBF communities, so you can swap information and advice.
. It helps bring public awareness to your particular campaign.
To add your town to this list
. It encourages other towns to follow.
. It demonstrates the amount of national interest to "the powers that be", including super markets.
. The Media, both local and national, are keeping a keen eye on developments.
One of the questions they constantly ask us :
"Do you know what other towns are doing this, and have you got their contact details?"
